Our merchandise is currently available online. To purchase items, just go to the 'check out' and fill in your information. All of your information is private and secure with SSL technology.

Please have the item descriptions and your credit card ready when you call.
Payments
Credit Card Only
Visa, Master Card, and American Express are accepted.
Be sure to include account number and expiration date along with the billing address for your
credit card when placing an order online or by telephone.
We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and will not bill you for
items that are not available.
We update our inventory as quickly as possible but cannot always guarantee
availability of items.
If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed, we will notify you of the situation by
email as to availability and or backorder dates on those items.
Shipping
Orders sent within the contiguous 48 United States are shipped via United Parcel Service or USPS Priority.
You will receive an email with the UPS tracking number and expected date of delivery.
You will receive your merchandise within 10 days.
Pay only one shipping charge for purchases when they are shipped to the same address.
The rates for this service are: Ground: $8.00/per order, over $100.invoice $10.00/per order, over $200.invoice $15.00/per order, over $800.invoice $40.00 per order. Second Day Air: $35.00/per order
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO's, correctional facilities or any addresses requiring
extraordinary handling.
Additional Shipping Charges
The above shipping charges do not apply for the following special situations:
Addresses outside the contiguous 48 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
and all international orders.
Overnight service available only for U.S., Canadian and Mexican orders.
Oversized, overweight and/or high value items will be designated as such in the product
descriptions. These orders can be placed by phone at 310.455.0987.
We will notify you via email or telephone with the shipping costs and will not proceed with the
order until we receive your confirmation.
In the case of all international orders any taxes, import duties and customs/brokerage fees are
the responsibility of the recipient.
All California purchases are subject to 8.25% tax.
Returns
We will gladly make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not
completely happy with, all returns and exchanges must be completed within 7 days of
receipt date and in unworn and perfect condition.
Please note that customized items are purchased with an "absolutely no return policy" and will not
be accepted back. Open Cd's, videotapes, or DVD's are not eligible for a refund but may if
defective or damaged be replaced with same title only. Sale items are sold 'as is' and are not
refundable.
Return shipping is at your own expense and shipping and handling on returned merchandise is
non-refundable.
Before returning any merchandise for a refund or exchange, please email us at
contact@lindakammins.com for approval.
Please complete the 'Comments' section at the bottom of the packing slip with a detailed
explanation of the problem and include it along with the merchandise being returned.
We recommend that you use UPS or FEDEX ground when returning merchandise.
This will provide you traceability and insurance for the shipment.
Do not return items via USPS parcel post or bulk rate.
Damaged/ defective items should be reported to us immediately. We will arrange for the return
and/or replacement for these items. We will issue you a "call tag" for the damaged/defective
merchandise and it will be picked up by UPS at your shipping address.
Replacement merchandise will not be sent until the damaged/defective item is returned.
Non-received or received wrong item please contact us immediately.
We will make all necessary arrangements to correct your order.
If the item was shipped in error on our part, we will also gladly refund your shipping charges.
When making a return, please fill out completely the return form that is included in the original
shipment. This will allow us to process the return faster. We will pay for return shipping for orders
shipped in our error.
If we re-ship a product in these cases, we do not add another shipping charge.

Order Status
Once an order is placed online, you will receive an email with a confirmation number with
your order details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from UPS
with a tracking number.
Order Cancellations
if you decide to cancel an order that you have already placed, please call us at 310.659.6257
or email us within 24 hours of your order.
Changing Terms
Linda Kammins reserves the right to change or modify her prices, billing & shipping methods,
or other terms and conditions applicable to purchase at any time.
