Payments Credit Card Only Visa, Master Card, and American Express are accepted. Be sure to include account number and expiration date along with the billing address for your credit card when placing an order online or by telephone. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and will not bill you for items that are not available.
We update our inventory, as quickly as possible but cannot always guarantee availability of items. If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed, we will notify you of the situation by email as to availability and or backorder dates on those items.
Returns Due to the freshness and nature of our hand-made products we do not offer returns. If you ordered the wrong product please email us. The product can be returned and must be unused and the seal unbroken. Return shipping is at your own expense and a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund.
